blogs do not open properly

    i have two blogs abc.com and xyz.com

    abc.com only opens as abc.com and not www.abc.com

    wheras xyz.com opens as only www.xyz.com and not as xyz.com

    i have enabled redirect on my blogger account but to no avail

    Am i doing something wrong

    You need to correct this via the control panel of your web hosting company.

    If you are using Blogger Custom domains, post a request in the Blogger Google Group.

    It also depends on your .htaccess file (if being hosted on a Linux server).

    Rules can be implemented to either redirect visitors from non-www prefix to www prefix or vice versa.

    I realise that you're using Blogger, but I just posted this in case others might have similar problems and they're NOT on blogger. ;-)

    Right.. the .htaccess is responsible for the redirect..

    It's just that some web hosting companies like Dreamhost or GoDaddy offer a nice non-geeky way to change that but internally, am sure they modify your .htaccess.
