Which is the best plugin to add meta tags on a WP blog?

hi Surender, I am using the All in one SEO.. But not very satisfied with results. The traffic from Yahoo and other engines is very poor but Google is ok. And I believe Yahoo gives great importance to meta tags.

I would recommend All-in-one SEO .. it does meta tags (keyword, description) and even the titles.

If you are using All in one SEO according my experience it's best plugin.But not getting traffic then you must review your way to write the content/posts.
Use meta tags/key words related your post.Put 2-3 keywords in your title.Title should be catchy like "How to get high traffic using All in One SEO plugin" etc.

I too will go by All in One SEO It will help you to manually add Meta Tags,Or automatically generate metas if you dont add them manually..
I would also suggest you to use the Google XML sitemaps Plugin
