   if the average CPC goes down , how do you find what is the problem with your content or your account.

   There's little you can do here.. it could be due to the content (some areas have low CPC) or the market conditions (advertising rates going down).

   May be this is happening due to placing more ad units on your web page. Try to make ad units less and if possible use appropriate ad size like medium rectange and wide sky scraper(160X600).Content and ad placement also effect CPC, try to focus them also.
