i.e. I want to know how I can set up a plugin in wordpress that will allow me to assign my own ad code to individual posts, and maintain the charging of those ads to the sponsors on my own, without using blogads or google ad sense service ?
Any one knows how to maintain your own Blog Ads Product ?

You can either specify the ad specific JavaScript inside the body of the article itself or use the Custom Fields in wordpress.
