   Page Rank has nothing to do with the template of the blog. It is calculated according to the content and the backlinks.

   So, your page rank will most likely be not affected by a duplicate template.

   Google Page Rank and Site design are unrelated for one simple reason - Googlebot doesn't read CSS - it only parses the content on your web pages.

   There is no link as such between design and PR but be careful that the site design may itself include links to some harmful,spammy sites.

   Check for those unwanted links in the source code and remove them before adding it to your blog.
