    Hi All,

I have a small query. yesterday, I put some header over adsense ads (Like "Our main sponsors", "Our sponsors" etc)... at my website http://www.mnemonicdictionary.com

Am I violating adsense TOS while using these headers?

Also, Is it advisable to use such headers (from CTR point of view?

    Thanks in advance,

    Amit Aggarwal

This is what the AdSense policy says on labeling AdSense ads:

AdSense Publishers may not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"

So "our sponsors" may pass the AdSense test but make sure you don't say "support our sponsors" or something similar because that would amount to encouraging clicks on your AdSense ads.

May not encourage users to click the Google ads by using phrases such as "click the ads," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language
