   if account once disabled do google save the payee name and address.
   is it possible????
   will they accept the once disabled payee name with different address or same address with different payee name???

   Ya sure
   i got disabled by google adsense once with the same payee name and after a month i re-applied for adsense and got adsense account now with the same payee name.... its true...
