India's youngest MCP is a nine year girl called M. Lavinashree from Madurai, Tamilnadu.
She's got extraordinary computer powers and won nearly 50 certificates (!) and been on The Hindu, The Indian Express, Chandamama, National English Children’s Book, Journal of School Social Work, Times of India, NDTV, Engadget, Gizmodo and the list goes on
