Dear Amit and Forum,

Earlier I have installed live writer 1.0 successfully. because it was not online installation.

But Now I have downloaded Windows Live Writer 3.X. and when I was installing this 3.x, It seems to be online installation.
but my company firewall is restricting me to install this online.

Please let me know is live writer desktop installation version available. (without online installation)
