If they're located in the storage card, you can try inserting the card into a stand-alone card reader and try to grab the videos from there.</p> <p>If you're persistently getting errors, try re-installing/upgrading Nokia PC Suite to the latest compatible version with your phone. Where is the fault? In which part of Nokia 5310 video files shd be stored. </p>
