Can you see your phone when you go to my computer or windows explorer, if you can see your phone and you can access the folders in your phone then you can go to the folder where the videos are stored and then copy/cut the video files and paste to your PC.

And if you would like to transfer files using bluetooth, then you can use my tutorial - http://blog.ashfame.com/2008/01/bluetooth-dongle-transfer-mobile-computer/

I always use bluetooth to transfer contents of my brother's 5310.

Are the videos on your phone's internal memory or the storage card? If they're located in the storage card, you can try inserting the card into a stand-alone card reader and try to grab the videos from there.

If you're persistently getting errors, try re-installing/upgrading Nokia PC Suite to the latest compatible version with your phone. One more thing, if the videos in question were pre-loaded from the factory to your phone, then the transfer might be restricted to prevent distribution.

When I attach my phone to PC for transferring video files from phone to PC,I get correct information on Image Store and also on Nokia Video Manager about availalbility of video files, but when I click transfer I get "Transfer failed" and "folder does not exist in phone or PC" on Nokia Video Manager. Where is the fault? In which part of Nokia 5310 video files shd be stored.
