Hi amit,

You can use Google Maps Api for this..

its not a very long job.. you just need to create a json file from this tabular data, and you must know the axis points of cities corresponding to google maps..

have a look here http://www.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/index.html

i have done a spike for such example.. and it took me only half a day.. so not very tough task

good luck with it

cheers

I have some data in tabular form. Let us say some sales figures and corresponding cities. I want to automatically depict these data on some map. Is there any such software package? Basically the marketing people want it. Hence it should not be a geeky software. If there is way I can export the data from Excel to Powerpoint with a map thrown-in, it is good enough.
