Assuming that you've correctly configured Outlook to send/receive GMail either via IMAP4 or POP3 (IMAP4 recommended!), change the email address alone like so:</p> <p>THe following are instructions for Outlook 2003. Then I go to Gmail "Settings" then "Accounts and Import" then click on "Send Mail from another address " . I make this NEW non-Gmail ID my default.<br /> So far so good . All mails that I send from gmail show to the user as from my original domain(xxxx.com) .<br /> But when I send mails from Outlook they show as from Gmail.com &amp; not my domain xxxx.com . Can u please help me with the settings so that all mails I send from Outlook should show as originating from xxxx.com domain.<br /> Thanks. </p>
