<p>I am aware of the latest version of Chrome but throw some light on the command, provided as a solution to many by some users particularly with a silent nod of the Google Team to manage popups. I was asked to add some text to the end of it like this---(c:\Documents and Settings\administrator\local settings\applicationdata\Google\chrome\application\chrome.exe"-disable-popup-blocking).Now I want to know whether just by adding some text to the URL it will start behaving the way we want it to? I tried it several times only to get"the shortcut is not valid.check the path or file name is correct".SECONDLY I was reading a WORD DOCUMENT to end of which a HYPERLINK .pdf was given to view.I commanded "open",it said"the specified file can not be opened".this is not a problem on IE.Could you tell why this occurred?
