			<description>&#60;p&#62;It's professional no doubt.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But the theme is a 2-column one with the lower part of the sidebar dividing to 2 columns.You can see adsense ads and Blog ads side by side and this should have an effect on the CTR of those.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The link-unit at  the top would definitely be enjoying high CTR since it's blended with site links and most people confuse those ads for site links.I do feel the earlier theme to be better.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When asked Amit about this,he replied &#34;may be&#34; !!.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;In my view,the earlier design(which you can still see on these forums) is absolutely cool.It had ads on the right parts of the page,also adding link units in the sidebar.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The new design is nice for a change but it should have  definitely had an impact on Amit's earnings.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's would rather give a clear idea in his own words and let's wait....
