&#60;p&#62;I'm afraid I didn't really understand your question...until I re-read it at least twice before surmising that this had nothing to do with cForms II. :-)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Custom fields can be used to add extra metadata to a post that you can use in your theme.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Take a look at the codex for &#60;a href=&#34;http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Custom_Fields&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;more info&#60;/a&#62;&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;What version of cForms are you using? The most current stable version is 8.5.2&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In any case, go to the main cForms section in the dashboard.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Expand the section titled &#60;strong&#62;&#34;Core Form Admin / Email Options&#34;&#60;/strong&#62; by clicking the + sign.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Enter email address(es) to where you want the form output to be sent in the field marked &#60;strong&#62;&#34;Admin Email address(es)&#34;&#60;/strong&#62; while separating more than one email address with a comma ( , ).&#60;/p&#62;
