Further to my earlier message, now the feed is working fine. If the email id through which, you are moderatig the yahoo group is also the authorised mail id for posting blogger post, then the messages are fed to blogger directly. Now everything goes smooth.

thanks for the support by this forum

Thanks mr prakash for the suggestions. I have now implemented this successfully. The blogger accepts the mail postings from my registered email id only.

I made the blogger posting id as a member of the group. But when the mails are distributed by the yahoo group directly, blogger does not accept this. it is because of the fact that members group mails emanate from different ids, which are not authorised.

To solve this, i forward the mails to the blogger group, from my e mail id, as the mails are delivered from the group. Now you can visit the blog http://pr-discussions.blogspot.com/ and see the latest discussion posting, forwarded by me.

Thanks for the support.

Blogger lets you post via email, right? Now enable this facility in your blogger settings. Once done, you will have an email account something like username.secretword@blogger.com. Send a test message to this mail id and check if it works properly.

After this, whenever you make a new entry in the yahoo groups, CC the same to the 'mail-to-blogger' mail id.

I manage few yahoo major groups. I want every posting done in yahoo group, to appear as a separate post in my blogger blog immediately. i tried to import through RSS feed using 'Page element'. I allows maximum of only 5 entries, that too only temporarily, till the new post comes. See the following site, for my attempt. http://pr-discussions.blogspot.com/

I want all the new posts in yahoo group to appear as a new blog post in my blog.

I saw a similar one in the following link.
http://technoinfo4u.blogspot.com/

What is the procedure to be adopted. Any changes to be made in the template or page element.

can somebody guide me.
