Assuming, you want emails from 2 email addresses - <a href="mailto:tester@abc.org" rel="nofollow">tester@abc.org</a> &#38; <a href="mailto:sampler@xyz.com" rel="nofollow">sampler@xyz.com</a> to be labeled as TEST49, here's what you do:</p> <p>First create the Filter.</p> <p>Click SETTINGS &gt; FILTERS and at the bottom of the page, click CREATE A NEW FILTER.</p> <p>In the FROM field, type in the email addresses separated by OR "tester@abc.org OR <a href="mailto:sampler@xyz.com" rel="nofollow">sampler@xyz.com</a>". The OR operator will assign the label if it meets any of the email addresses or terms listed.</p> <p>Click TEST SEARCH to display and verify messages that you want to label. After this, click NEXT and check the actions that you'd like GMail to perform - in this case, we want to label those conversations with the label TEST49.
