<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes..its TRUE that if its gone from 'Trash' folder its gone forever, and asked this by gmail people at google..i deleted a mail by accident, than i wrote mail to them for same..in 3-4 days i got reply that &#34;if its gone from TRASH folder it cant be retrieved&#34;.

<description>&#60;p&#62;This might be a stupid question but is there any way at all of retrieving a message once you have selected Deleted Forever.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I got a message from a contact but it ended up in my Spam folder. I did a &#34;Select All&#34; and then clicked on &#34;Delete Forever&#34;. When I was doing this I suddenly realised that one of the emails was from a contact.
