			<description>&#60;p&#62;I am using a trial version of photo editing software to create a gif slideshow&#60;br /&#62;
the pics come out blotchy--maybe color bleeding&#60;br /&#62;
I have applied the despeckle filter and no improvement&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;any suggestions?&#60;br /&#62;
it is not high-end software--only costs 19.99&#60;/p&#62;
