<description>&#60;p&#62;I have an Quantum web Cam which is not very expensive but I have noticed a difference when I approached the service center with non satisfactory performance related problem. It was found to be working at a greater speed so capture rate was high .secondly the colours were better than mine.I use Window XP Prof. The same OS.was there but the processor was 2.99 ghz.Should it be a cause for low capture rate? Lastly theirs was an ordinary monitor, mine is LG Bright view, even then the colour resolution can not be adjusted to my satisfaction.Kindly suggest me a way to improve it's performance on my system. Also tell me another product in WEB CAM category which is dependable in picture &#38;amp; audio capture quality.Should I use a separate MIC.to record audio as it does not capture from a small distance
