To my shock i have received a bill of over 12000 for 2 months of usage. can anyone tell me how i can prove that i haven't used 10GBs on the connection in 2 months. also is it possible for someone else to use my connection without me knowing? i have tried checking the BSNL website to try and find how much is my usage, but the link on the BSNL.CO.IN website takes me no where. can anyone help? </p>
