I have tried couple of hosting services which are very unsatisfactory. Most of the current hosting services offer tons of Bandwidth... but I think bandwidth ALONE is not a factor in choosing a hosting services - even before your 2% of their BW limit, they would shut down your website citing OVER-USE of 'their' resources (on a shared-hosting). Now I am wondering which service to choose if I want to host my website on VPS or Dedicated (which is expensive).
