&#60;p&#62;MySQL is a database engine.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;phpMyAdmin - is a PHP based frontend to manage MySQL databases.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You use phpMyAdmin to make changes / work with MySQL database(s) that your site uses.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Follow these steps&#60;br /&#62;
1) Login to hosting cpanel.&#60;br /&#62;
2) Create a new My sql database.&#60;br /&#62;
3) dump your database tables in the newly created database.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can dump the database by using phpmyadmin provided in your hosting cpanel or can use application like bigdump. Bigdump is recommended if the size of database is large.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you still have trouble, just tell me the hosting you are using ( if it is cpanel based or not) and I will try to help you further.
