Just backup everything in the drives you want to merge or resize then go to your control panel -&gt; Administrative Tools -&gt; Computer Management and then remove your drives using disk management and then re-create new partitions with the size you want. As far as I know this is not possible. What you should do is shut down OS X. Then restart by pressing the power button and press the alt/option key. Since you say that XP through bootcamp has already been loaded, you would be presented with the option of loading into windows or mac. Choose windows and it works as your normal XP machine.</p> <p>If on the other hand you want to run an .exe file while you are in Mac then you could try an app called crossover.
