Just backup everything in the drives you want to merge or resize then go to your control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management and then remove your drives using disk management and then re-create new partitions with the size you want. In the partitions table nothing left but "Unallocated Space". Choose it and press "Enter", set the size of it, in your case, Full Space and press "Enter".
