But one of my friend tried 2-3 times (with 2-3 posts but failed). His application was rejected saying "not enough quality content". So, it's better to wait for sometime.. publish atleast 5-6 post. Make sure your blog look genuine ( add email subscription, feed subscription etc from feedburner)... and then apply for it. You can directly apply from blogspot.
