What's your budget? There are pros and cons of buying gaming consoles - if you buy a game designed for one, rest assured it'll work on that console without problems, you needn't worry about system requirements etc. Also, it'll look exatly the same as the developer intended unlike different visuals for PC games (which depend on the graphics card you have installed). A PC is by far more versatile - you can do a helluva lot more, including modding games and attach loads of different peripherals of choice. If you don't like the feel of one type of mouse, you can attach another. Microsoft India regularly visits for campus placements to most of these institutes. Just check the same in your college.</p> <p>For a direct placement in Microsoft US you will probably need a degree earned from a good US University.</p> <p>But, don't get disappointed as there is still a workaround possible. Try to join Microsoft India first and work there for a minimum of 2 years. They have a policy of making all such Microsoft India (and probably in other countries as well) employees eligible to work for Microsoft US. You'll internally go through the selection process. And it's not only on papers, it really happens. I knew about this policy from one of my friends who worked for Microsoft India. Anyway back in April 2008 the feed became very unstable and more than 90% of the time for me it didn't work at all. Looking at the feed right now for instance returns 0 items back from his feed. </p> <p>After 2 months of instability, I created my own feed and figured I would share it. I like to keep control of my own data (rather than use bloglines...) and I don't like keeping my RSS feeds on a single computer so normally I create private wordpress sites to aggregate feeds I read.
