<p>A portion of my basement was flooded with "black water" containing sewage, and unfortunately about 135 DVDs were covered in it. This was not covered by insurance as it was a capped out claim. Anyway, the boxes are ruined, but is there a good antibacterial cleaner that will destroy any E-coli, etc. without damaging the DVDs?
