You don't want to be called a site squatter, hand it over.</p> <p>If you've entered into contract with them for services provided and there is proof of the same, then you can point to that, but apparently you did all the work gratis. However, from what you've written, even though you might technically own the name, it's best to negotiate and hand over the domain. Otherwise, renew the domain with your own money and brace yourself for a fight.</p> <p>Also, are you satisfying all the conditions necessary for owning a .co.uk domain?
