Normally, one would use MySQL in conjunction with PHP.

However, as you're looking for a native XML DB, take a look at http://edutechwiki.unige.ch/en/XML_database for more.

Apache XIndice is thought to be the most popular option at the moment - http://xml.apache.org/xindice/

Hi There,

I recently launched a Twitter Applications Database called Twitdom @ http://twitdom.com/

The database has over 90 apps listed currently with many more in the queue to be added!

If you are a Twitter user, you would like this resource.

Regards,

Hi Amit,

Thanks for the tool review.
I found another tool called aquafold which can connect to your database and generate ER Diagram for you.
http://www.aquafold.com/index.html
I used this for my current need.

Regards,

You can probably use Gliffy to create UML and ER diagrams online. Gliffy review.
