So far I thought that banks only have Avg Quarterly Balance requirements. Through Google Search, I could reach one of the old blog post of Amit [15-Apr-2008].

Today I was shocked to see Rs.250 charge in my Citibank Saving Account. When enquired, I came to know that they have introduced Average MONTHLY Balance requirement of Rs.25000, which is really a huge amount.

http://www.online.citibank.co.in/portal/newgen/SOC-Suvidha-for-viewing.pdf

I am adding this topic, so that other users can respond and share the latest AQB/AMB limits in another Indian Banks.

Looking forward for a link, which shows a comparison of such charges/fees(latest) of all Indian Banks...

Regards,
Kamlesh
